Third-Party Processing Fee: All payments made via credit card are subject to processing fees identified in Rules and Regulations Part 5, Appendix A, Section 8.  As of this update, there is a processing fee of $2.50 per transaction for credit card payments made through this portal.  Please note that this fee is subject to change without prior notice.   The transaction fee on the new portal is $1.93, so it is recommended to make payments in the new payment portal.
